Do you offer returns? 

Yes. If your choker doesn't fit, because the chokers are custom we will fix it however you will pay return shipping. If the workmanship has failed within 30 days of purchase, you will cover return shipping but it will be refunded or you may receive store credit, your choice. You will have to email picture to us to receive refund.


Can someone change an order once its made?

 Yes, unless it's been shipped out already. In which case the customer will pay return shipping.


Who covers return shipping?

 We will if workmanship has failed within 30 days of purchase. Workmanship is clasp, clamps and connections. It is not the fabric or charms or pendents. 


Does it have to come back unopened in original package? 

No, but it has to come as close to new and unopened as possible.


What days of the week do you ship and times?

 Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 9am-1pm.


Bounce back fee for undeliverable packages?

 $5.00.

 United States Postal Service.


Free standard shipping on orders over $50 after any discounts?

 No, discounts cannot be combined.


International shipping estimates?

 7- 15 business days.

Tracking your order? 

Yes go to https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction%21input.action    and put in the tracking number sent with your confirmation email.


It says my package was delivered but I did not receive it.

 If it says delivered but you did not receive it contact USPS to figure out where it is.


Do we accept international returns? Liability of return until we receive it?

 Yes, your liability until we receive it.


How long are returns processed? 

7-15 business days.
